Photoclub organised 波德申情人桥 ♥ Part 2

Yday I was anxious to post those pix of lovely couples b4 I gather enuf info.

Champion received a dehumifier cabinet for camera body and lenses worth RM680. 1st runner up received a set of flash difuser worth RM380 and 2nd runner up received a software use to make wedding DVDs.

All the 5 consolation winners received a voucher which entitles them to use Sam's studio for 3 hours.

The best couple won a set of lovely bear (d 1 which I took pix wit) and 2 x 16R photos. They are d couple from 2nd runner up's submission. Thru out d whole contest, they r very loving and natural.

Last Sunday 08.08.2010, Photoclub.com.my co-organised a 波德申情人桥 Lover's Bridge @ Port Dickson. About 20 photographers participated in the contest and there are 5 consolation prizes, a 2nd runner up, a 1st runner up and a champion.

Ken and I wakes up at 5.45am, leaving Ampang at 6.20am on 08.08.2010 Sunday morning. We reached Port Dickson's Sunshine Bay Resort where all the contestants and organisers stayed overnite and got drunk a day before.

After breakfast, all gathered near the bridge around 8.30am and the skies look gloomy and v can hear thunders. Make up artist Janice and make up artist cum photographer Coolmiaoer http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=595977990&ref=nf#!/profile.php?id=595977990 starts to put ICI on d gal models' faces. There are total 4 couples so contestants were divided into 4 groups. Each group are suppose to have about half an hour with each couples but due to rain, most groups only captured about 2 couples.

Of coz I jeles he took such a nice pix of this couple but our own pix oso ok so I can't get mad @ him especially he promised 2 treat me ice cream this month end (hinting Baskin Robbins 31).

Riding Ken's motorbike

I just had an adrenaline rush experience riding Ken’s motorbike for 1st time. Imagine riding on an old motorbike one hour to fro Ampang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. My company jz received a chq which need to b bank in immediately. Initially I propose 2 go by my Kancil but he said he will b late coming home to work so v decided to go on his motorbike lor.

D last I rode on a bike was about 20++ years ago. I’ve alwaz tot tat riding bike was extremely dangerous, u r very exposed to harm. I do enjoyed adventurous rides coz I know they r safe but there’s no safety belt for motor riding rite?

I’m exhausted for having d need to clutch onto Ken, wrinkling his t-shirt. I’m very afraid of losing my legs when he try 2 slot his bike, his small self and d elephant me thru d narrow spaces between cars. There’s also about 5.2 million times when I’m afraid tat d sidewalks might scratch my toes when he goes to near. Another 20 million times I was scared that he drove too fast and v might crash. Not to forget the 2.1million times when I felt d helmet was about to fly off from my small head and all d time I feel d hot sun burning and making me 200 times tanner than I already am.

Anyway, I was safely bak @ office liao, chq was banked in. He even called to check if I’m ok. Sometimes he can b sweet n caring although most of d time he’s extremely blur, no idea even when he makes me burning on fire. But Ken n I are talking now ♥. Although my head still got a bit spinning, dunno bcoz I’m high o over scared but my mood is better than jz now.

After so many aeroplanes by both of us, finally a special friend and myself get to meet up on Wednesday and he suggested we go to Sunway Pryramid. We did not plan on what to have and although I was very hungry, we thought we will go there then only decide what to have.

Coming out from the carpark, first thing we saw was Tony Roma's and he shared his dining experience there last week with his clients. I as usual the cincai 1 and always up to try for new things especially if recommended nice agreed to dine at Tony Roma's.

Since there's only 2 of us and me being the small normal eater just agreed when he recommend that both of us order their highlights Ribs - 10 promo. It's actually 10 very big, tasty, sweet and juicy ribs with 2 side dishes which are salads and a baked potato. It's RM99.90 worth the deal.

Although we only order 1 dish and drinks but we can't finish it and tapau the remaining 1 rib for my mom to try. We wanted to go for Haagen Dazs but this is the Second time we were there and they are closing. Just my luck but he promised me next time :P

Last Sat Winsen fetch me to an office building because he need to work and service me, :P but that's not the point. The very good looking building has a garden with some very special seat/sofa lookalike furniture. I can't recall the name of the building, will blog about it again next time if we go there again.

Isn't the structure of the building funny + a bit scary, I would like to call this Hanging Garden as it is literally hanging at first floor (see pix when I look down). I think this garden is not meant for those with weak heart. Imagine u r standing at 20th floor and looking down (see pix when I look up) coz that small part are "see thru" and I wasn't wearing skirt standing there :P

Sunday I joined Ken + his family (including Leong's family) for a lunch steamboat at Leong's eldest sister's house. Then dinner @ home with my own family.

This weekend is all gals trip. Yeah!!!

Raining weekends makes them cancel my Broga hike

It was 4.15am when I heard the heavy rain pouring and when alarms set off at 4.30am, the rain stop. I called Caryn but she said her place, Sg Long no rain so I wash up waiting for Ming to fetch Ken and me. When I was wearing my socks and shoes, Caryn called and upon discussion with Ming, they decided to call off the Broga hiking as the skies are red and her place Sg Long can hear thunder. So our sleeps continues.

Later in the afternoon, Ken and I went shopping at Carrefour and we saw this cheap set of bed + mattress. Although he doesn't like the mattress coz it's too hard but I think the bed frame's design is ok, price is affordable but wonders if it's really needed or feasible to buy it. Btw, Ken got very GOOD TASTE coz the mattresses he prefers are all over RM1k++. *Hinting he got good taste in choosing good gf :P *

Recently we are furniture shopping coz he wanted to furbish his room and make some changes like from single bed to double bed and etc etc :P. We are looking at bed, mirror (for me) and small cupboard, 1 wall to be painted in pink and he even suggest the window wall coz he wanted to hang pink color curtain . We haven't bought anything yet as I wanted him to clean his room a bit before deciding what to buy and how to have all these things place in his room.

Let me leak a secret out. My room is as messy as his. kekeke Imagine how my mom will shout at me if she founds out that I help Ken to clean his room nice and tidy while my own room and table is messy. kekeke

Just cancel and make some plans for the weekend. The trip that I wanted so badly for Ken and I got postpone again. Last weekend we are suppose to go Penang but cancel coz Clovis was sick, this weekend wanted to go Ipoh or Malacca but no response from others and I know for sure you all will ask why not go just the two of us, why must include the whole gang or some other couple. Reasons are I thought it will be a bit boring going vacation just the two of us and we can do that anytime. Since we have time this weekend, perhaps we will clean his room again and go for some furniture's window shopping. Plus, I got yumcha with ADT gang on friday (just confirm after half an hour of shitty chat with Leong Tak Yee and Marcus Yap Choong Way) and saturday will be Alice Low's house warming at Sg Buloh and second round belated celebration of Kew Shee Hing's bday.

Then the next week I'll be off to Bangkok. Yeah!!!

Me 1st time celebrate Ken's bday as his partner

Yeah, this is not suppose 2 b a new post but he jz gave me these pixs 2 days ago n i have no idea wat n how 2 edit so, here's a raw shots of his bday celebration.

His bday was on 10th May, Monday. Since he doesn't have 2 work on Mon, so I planned 2 got off work on time n fetch him 2 Delicious @ Dua Residency Jalan Tun Razak. I had make booking a week before his big day. On Monday, I skipped lunch and with kind help from Winsen who fetch me to and fro office and Delicious Restaurant (n i dun even have time 2 lunch wit him), I dropped Ken's bday present (d Sensonic GPS bot from PC fair) n select a slice of bday cake 4 him, a piece of Macadamia cheesecake. Yummy!

It was terrible jam, @ 6pm++ jz after office hours n I was f**king hungry coz I din had lunch n was very excited, fetched Ken, his bday ma so I was his chauffeur for d nite lor head towards CITY CENTRE Jalan Tun Razak. Shots some pix, ordered Carbonara Spaghettini, Pan Sear Cod, Prawn Cocktails, Mango Smoothie n Watermelon juice. When v finished d meal, d waitress deliver d cake n Ken's bday present n sang bday song 2 him. I hope he had a nice surprise!!!
